For the 2025 season we will be hiring additional guides to join our team.
What to Expect
- Work during the peak season of May and October
- Mix of walking tours, minibus tours, tours for large companies, and private tours
- Ability to set your own schedule

What We are Looking For
- You live in Bergen year-round
- Excellent English skills, with knowledge of Norwegian
- Available to work during the peak season May to October
- Understanding of Norwegian history and culture
- Friendly, personable, and outgoing personality
Guide Certification
Any guide who works for us must first complete our guide course in April 2025. This course is a mix of online and in-person and there is an exam at the end of April.
Anyone who completes our course will also receive certification through the Bergen Guide Union & Norway’s Guide Union, the official certification for guides in Norway.
Please note there is a small fee associated with completing our course.
